OUR FAVORITE QUOTES AND MEMORIES:

CHRIS CHAIDES – “No game in the world is as tidy and dramatically
neat as baseball, with cause and effect, crime and punishment, motive
and result, so cleanly defined.”
-Paul Gallico

My favorite memory is in my Junior year when we ended our seven game
JV winning streak with a comeback win against Barry Goldwater.

BRAYLON COX – “If you’re going to win games, you’re going to
have to come up with the big hits. That’s the bottom line.”
- Derek Jeter

My favorite memory is being a part of Jags Baseball day in and day
out.

JOEY DICARLO – “The two most important things in life: good
friends and a strong bullpen.”
-Bob Gibson

My favorite memory has been everyday this year. Being able to play
with this group of athletes and coaches is one of the best moments in
my life.

BRYCE EISENBART – “One of the beautiful things about baseball is
that every once in a while you come into a situation where you want
to, and where you have to, reach down and prove something.”
- Nolan Ryan

My favorite memory was turning a pump fake double play to end the
inning and watching Nate Tellez hit the walk-off grand slam!

ANDY FELTON – “Bats, they are sick. I cannot hit curveball.
Straight ball I hit it very much. Curveball, bats are afraid. I ask
Jobu to come, take fear from bats. I offer him cigar, rum. He will
come.”
-Pedro Cerrano

I have two favorite memories. Bryan Word’s first home run and 15
seconds of fame in Kingman (Courtesy of me). And, catching a 2-1
complete game victory over Horizon in the summer.

BRAD HUNSAKER – “The best thing about the future is that it comes
one day at a time”
- Abraham Lincoln

My favorite memory is listening to Coach Levine’s talks.

BENJI RUTAN – “The strength of the group is in the strength of
the leaders.”
- Vince Lombardi

My all time favorite memory is playing backup catcher for varsity my
freshman year and also lettering my freshman year.

AUSTIN TRUJILLO – “The other sports are just sports. Baseball is
a love.”
- Bryant Gumbel

My favorite memory so far has to be in the fall with back to back to
back balls off the centerfield wall at Grand Canyon University against
PVHS. Bryce then me and then Braylon.
